Moodja

Connect Moodja, a fulfilment and warehouse service, to manage the operational side of your orders. metamorphOS can create and track sales orders, maintain your product catalogue, read inventory levels, and register inbound shipments.

What you can do

• Orders: list and view sales orders, create orders, and add or read their positions, status updates, and attachments.
• Products: list, view, create, update, and delete products in your catalogue.
• Inventory: view inventory levels and stock-movement bookings (read-only).
• Inbound shipments: list, view, and create inbound shipments, and add or read their positions and status updates.

Before you start

You need a Moodja account and an API credential from Moodja. Moodja has no self-service developer console, so you request the credential directly from their team.

Set up Moodja

1. Request an API credential. Email info@moodja.de and ask for an API credential for your account. Moodja issues a single key.

Connect in metamorphOS

Activate the Moodja connector from the marketplace, add an account, and enter the credential Moodja issued:

• metamorphOS asks for a client ID and a client secret. Moodja issues one key for both, so enter that same key in both fields.

Each account can use its own Moodja credential.

Good to know

• Field coverage is provisional and still being confirmed against live Moodja accounts, so some fields may not be available yet.
• Inventory is read-only: you can view stock levels and bookings, but not post adjustments directly.
• Updating a product replaces the whole product record, so include its full details (including EAN and SKU), not just the fields you are changing.
• A position can be added to an order only within a short window after the order is created.
